Get ready for an unforgettable day exploring the natural wonders and charming culture of central Honduras!

 

Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup at 6:00 AM in Tegucigalpa. After a scenic 1.5-hour drive, we’ll stop in Siguatepeque for a delicious traditional Honduran breakfast (included) to fuel up for the day ahead.

 

Next, we head to the mystical Taulabe Caves. Descend 64 meters deep and walk 300 meters through awe-inspiring underground formations. It’s a magical journey into the heart of the Earth – a truly unique experience you won’t forget!

From there, we continue to the peaceful community of Peña Blanca, nestled beside a beautiful lake.

 

Here you can choose your own adventure:

• Paddle a kayak on the calm waters

• Take a relaxing hike through a lush coffee farm or Los Naranjos ecopark

 

After working up, it’s time for lunch! Savor a traditional Honduran meal featuring crispy fried tilapia with plantains (or choose from other delicious options).

 

In the afternoon, we arrive at the breathtaking Pulhapanzak Waterfall. Cool off with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the White River.

 

Feeling adventurous? You can hike behind the powerful cascade (optional, extra fee) or soar through the air on an exciting canopy zipline tour with 4 cables crossing right in front of the waterfall (optional, extra fee). The scenery here is simply stunning!

 

On our way back to Tegucigalpa, optionally, we’ll make a pleasant stop in historic Comayagua City.

 

Stroll around the charming town square and enjoy a hot coffee or a cold refreshing drink.​
