About Your Day Tour

 

Tela is a charming town located on the northern Caribbean coast of Honduras. It's known for its stunning beaches, vibrant Garifuna culture, and delicious seafood. If you're looking for a relaxing day trip from San Pedro Sula, Tela is the perfect place to be.

To get to Tela, will take you on a 2-hour road trip from San Pedro Sula. We depart early in the morning (6:00am) to make the most of your day trip. As you drive towards Tela, you'll get to enjoy the beautiful scenery and great weather.

​

Once you arrive in Tela, head straight to the beach to start your day of relaxation. we will join in a boat ride of 45 min to Punta Sal National Park, located at the end of Tela Bay. Here, you can hike around the jungle, explore the natural beauty of the protected area. Then, we will move to Playa Cocalito, where you can practice snorkel and enjoy the beauty of the coral reef, take a sunbath, or just lay down at the white sand beach.

We will comeback to mainland around 3:00pm.

As the day comes to an end, take some time to relax and watch the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. It's a beautiful sight that you won't want to miss.
