We are very happy to have attended the prestigious "THE NEW YORK TIMES TRAVEL SHOW" held this past January 23 to January 25, 2015, at The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City, U.S. This event was attended by more than 500 exhibitors, representing more than 150 countries, offering all tourist products and services available to the end consumer, from family vacations, corporate vacations, trips among friends, cruises, adventure trips, safaris in Africa, Holidays in the caribbean, we were able to learn, analyze and enjoy the activities that each region of the world offers among them. The ones that most attracted our attention were: Africa, Asia, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America, Mexico, and domestic tourism Of the United States. It is worth noting the intense and well-organized participation of the representatives of Central America, such as Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and El Salvador... with exhibitions at the height of the event, the tourism agents of each country evacuated each Questions we asked them. If we could give them a score it would be 100%, since they gave us to understand how well placed they are, by exposing their tourism to the world. We would have loved to see an exhibition of our beautiful country #Honduras, maybe in the near future, we will give ourselves that luxury. We were able to talked with Claudia Romero Director of Marketing and Sales of Bahía Tours de Miami, who represented the "Anthony's Key Resort", promoting the diving packages to the Island of Roatán in Honduras, as independent sellers. The event is a window, for tourism operators to enter into business relationships, and for consumers, to know firsthand the different tourism options available around the world in any category imaginable, from adventure tourism, medical tourism, cruises, Safaris, beach holidays, holidays in the mountains, etc.
