Below, you will find in detail the 4 airports that are officially working and receive international flights.
These airports are managed by the private entity Interairports,S.A.
Each location is marked in the map below, this way it will be easier for you to reach Honduras and enjoy the tourist attractions that are closer to your main lodging, or the route you try to explore.

2.- EXCHANGE RATE - dollars to lempiras
If you plan to stay in Honduras more than 3 days, we recommend to exchange some Honduran currency, please check the exchange rate here: fx-rate.net/USD/HNL/
You can do it at the local banks in the airport, or at the front desk of your hotel, there are many ATM´s as well around the main cities.
In our experience, We recommend to use BAC - CREDOMATIC, is a trusted bank, where you can use your debit or credit card of any brand. (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVERY, etc.)
Along the country, you can use your debit or credit card, unless your tour operator suggest any other advice.
3.- PICK UP & DROP OFF
For private tours we will pick up & drop you off at any centrally located hotels in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula Cities. If your accommodation is not in the city please get in touch in advance to let us know and we will be happy to discuss options. Please note there maybe be an extra charge for such drop offs if your accommodation is too far from downtown or outside of the city.

4.- SIZE OF OUR DAY GROUP TOURS
One of the great things about Intercambio Catracho (iCatracho) Tours is our small group sizes. We do this to ensure you get the most out of our knowledgeable guides and are able to get to know everyone in your group. None of our public tours have more than 10 people in any group plus we have no minimum requirements for our tour to run so we will still go ahead if just one person has booked.
5.- REFUNDS FOR CANNOT ATTEND A TOUR
We will make every effort to try to re-schedule your tour if you are unable to make it.
In the instance you wish to cancel your tour all together please see below our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds:
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, receive FULL REFUND.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, 50% REFUND.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
6.- DEPARTURE TIME CHANGES
You can change the departure time of your private tour at your convenience. Simply let us know of any changes.
7.- HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay for your tour on-line through our secure payment site, with a Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard.
If you are nearby, you could also pay for your tour in cash.
